The first part of the route follows the same path as the famous Route of the Shells, taking cyclists towards La Mareta. However, at the crossroads, the detour to the left is taken, skirting the mountain of Mojón and entering a new perspective of the landscape.

  • Avoid making noises that disturb their tranquility and remember that you are in a unique space of great ecological value. 
  • You must bring enough water because there is not a single fountain on the entire island, and the only place to buy drinks is in Caleta de Sebo. Be prepared and carry several liters in your backpack. 
  • Don’t forget to protect your skin with sunscreen and wear a hat to avoid sunburn. Additionally, wear comfortable, breathable footwear and clothing.
